Refund policy

Being 100% satisfied with our product is our core focus.  

If at any time, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at orders@charchocco.com to see how we can fix the issue or to request a refund of your product.  

Due to our products being manufactured on-demand and a limited window of freshness, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a resolution or refund to your product.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We may ask to have you send back the product for review.  If so, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please make sure to take some photos of the product.

Shipping Chocolates and Candies is a very delicate task and we take extreme care in our shipping procedures to ensure that the product is delivered to your door fresh with minimal disruptions.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since our Chocolates and Candies are perishable goods, we will typically not request to have the product returned to us.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift card purchases.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get a replacement item shipped is to contact us regarding the item you have.  We will do our best (pending our stock of the item) to ship a replacement to you.


Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
