Shipping policy

Per COMAR (Code of Maryland Regulations) 10.15.03.02B(17-1), CharChocco Confections, LLC is classified as a Cottage Food Business.  Within this classification, we are prohibited from interstate commerce.  This requirement mandates that we are only permitted to ship to Maryland residences. 

We manufacture our Chocolates and Candies on an as-ordered basis to ensure freshness in every product that we ship.  With this said, we work diligently to get the product shipped to your door very quickly using USPS or UPS services.

We apologize, but during the warmer months of June-August, we do not ship our product, as they can melt in the non-refrigerated storage locations during shipping.  We only hand deliver product during that time period.
